Version 1.0. Effective October 9, 2026. Last updated October 9, 2026. This policy covers optional one-time, monthly, and annual contributions made to support BeGuide.
Contributions support BeGuide development, hosting, security, communication services, operations, and future improvements. Glow Inspired Studio is not a registered charity or qualified donee. A contribution is not a charitable donation, is not tax-deductible, and will not receive an official charitable tax receipt. A payment confirmation or commercial receipt may be provided for your records.
A contribution is voluntary. It does not buy ownership, investment rights, governance rights, or a promise that a particular feature will be built. Unless clearly stated before payment, it does not provide premium access or affect the availability of BeGuide's free features.
Checkout currently displays and charges United States dollars through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion, foreign transaction, or other charges that Glow Inspired Studio does not control. Stripe processes payment credentials under its own terms and privacy practices.
Before payment, Stripe Checkout displays the amount, currency, frequency, and payment method so you can review and correct the information or leave checkout. After a successful payment, we provide confirmation electronically. Keep that confirmation for your records.
You may request a full refund of a one-time contribution within 14 calendar days of the charge. After 14 days, we will still review duplicate, unauthorized, fraudulent, or technically incorrect charges and any refund required by law. Email support@thebeguide.com with the receipt email, date, amount, and reason. Do not send complete card information.
Monthly and annual support renews automatically at the amount and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Manage My Support link or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect before the next renewal, and no cancellation fee applies. A cancellation does not automatically refund a charge already processed.
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of an individual recurring charge. We will also review duplicate, unauthorized, fraudulent, technically incorrect, or legally required refund requests. Cancelling after the 14-day refund window stops future renewals but normally does not refund the current billing period.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Glow Inspired Studio will submit an approved refund promptly, but a bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days or longer to display it. Currency-conversion differences and third-party fees may not be recoverable from the issuer.
We may change future contribution options or this policy. A material change to recurring support will be disclosed as required by law and will not remove rights that applied when a charge was made.
